1 and 2 always cover the House and the Senate, respectively, when they are in session. Contractual obligation, as far as I know.

8. C-SPAN 3 shows are usually repeated on C-SPAN 1 or 2 a few days after they air on C-SPAN 3.

I don't have C-SPAN 3 either.:( I have to watch online or wait a day or 2 to catch it on 1 or 2.
