Apparently, he's suddenly flipped and is planning on saying that his "surge" is actually an IRAQI plan, not his. Every talking head cried bullshit. Said that Bush/his advisors "just made it up this morning," and they all say he's simply not credible, and they don't think anyone is going to buy it.

then went on to say how many more troops we've lost since that speech. They also showed footage of the Iraqi election with the showing of purple fingers, and Bush stating that the election signified "turning the corner".
