Is it just me or does anyone elses "Bullshit Detector" go off when you hear his commercial on Air America?
How do you pronounce his name anyway? Anyway, that commercial bugs the living shit out of me.

The very simple "trick" to these real estate schemes is you find someone desperate to sell their property. It could be for many reasons, but to me it always seemed like you were taking advantage of someone who is having a rough patch in their life.
