lol w. admits that we don't have enough troops in Iraq. Awful apology.
Of all the mistakes to admit to, he is going to admit that we don't have enough troops, we need to fight a new type of war, and it is gonna cost cash ducats.

He just can't flip flop - even when he admits we need change, he continues to stay the course

Classic. I couldn't make it up.
