Flag draped coffin lapel pin in lieu of American Flag pin.
Somewhere I saw a cartoon suggesting the widely used American Flag lapel pin, see below, be replaced with a coffin covered by the American Flag, see below.

Does anyone know where I can obtain such a pin showing a flag draped coffin?

2. Those would appear to most to be in rather poor taste.
I doubt any retailer would sell them.

9. "Poor taste"? Isn't a flag-draped coffin an honor?
Are we not constantly urged to keep in the mind the Heroic Sacrifice for Our Freedom that these dead troops have made? Are we not also urged to support this war so that these Heroes will not have Died In Vain?

What could possibly be in "poor taste" about this symbol of the Noble Sacrifice For Our Freedom?

10. A flag-draped coffin is an honor.
A little toy coffin stuck to your lapel would offend more people than it would inspire. It would trivialize and politicize the idea of a fallen soldier. I can't see how it would be productive.

Might as well stick a post-it with "Fuck Bush" on your lapel. I mean, it would get the point across, but in a way that would turn off most everyone but those who already agree with the sentiment.

3. It's something I bet rightwingers would wear, too. The whole "don't let
them die for nothing" philosophy.

8. Just think if you bought enough of them
you could have your own little "cemetery" honoring the fallen. Could be very effective. Some folks need help to visualilze what 3000+ deaths represent.
