6. me thinks we need to reverse all that he speaks
up is down, good is bad, winning is losing, etc etc.

We find the truth in the corporate offices of British Petroleum, Shell, Chevron and one other biggie invested in the oil fields of Iraq.

7. Gross or net?
I think this was a very misleading statement, among many strung together to imply things that are at variance with reality but that stand on their own as "truths". He is a master at this.

11. I thought that would be a new policy
I was thinking he meant something along the lines of what they do in Alaska. If that's what he meant, that's one of the few things he said that I thought might be a good idea. That and the jobs programs, which we should have done the day after the invasion.

12. Heard this too
He said 75% of profits to Iraqi people. Where will big oil and Bush get their cut of the measly 25% left.

13. I must admit...
I didn't watch...but I followed the thread on DU..what a hoot!! The man has zero credibility with me, and I have a bad reaction from watching or listening...however...whenever the "Iraqi people" are mentioned...I think 'Fallujah'..kind of puts things in perspective.
