MSNBC has reported that troops are already deploying to Iraq, some 2000 are already there. Now the Dems won't oppose it because Rove will hammer them for "not supporting the troops".

No they are not. But the 20,000 will be there soon, the 2000 are just what he moved in before publicly announcing the surge. There is no "hope" that the surge won't happen. Even the Dems will not go against financing troops that have already been moved in.
