Speech Clearly Pointed To Attacks On Iran --Nuclear Not Mentioned

Bush has now clearly said we will attack Iran to stop their "supporting terrorists." He did not mention nuclear proliferation as the reason. It was never about nukes, but rather about regime change in Iran. He is moving forward with the attack plan Sy Hersh wrote about. He is sending a carrier strike group to the region, not counting the strike forces already pre-positioned there.

IMHO Bush now believes he has the power to launch attacks on Iran because he told the American people Iran is supporting terrorists moving into Iraq. Soon people will be focused on the conflict with Iran, and pulling out of Iraq will not be possible.

This is probably the most dangerous situation we have faced since Bush took office.
We are deploying the National Guard outside the country. The Guard stationed stateside does not have the equipment and manpower to protect us at home from an attack, or even a natural disaster.

This has all the makings of a disaster. Hope I am wrong.
