A way to protest - drive the speed limit
If traffic is slowed to 55 or 65 and businesses are tied up because of traffic MAYBE just MAYBE someone will pay attention.

2. Errr...no.
I live in NJ.

Speed limits are for the weak.

And in NJ, only the strong survive.

3. No, passive-aggressive behaviors only serve to piss people off.
Especially around the D.C. beltway, it's a good way to inspire road rage and put a premature end to your day.

Coming home, haggard and burned out after a hard day's work, people are not in the mood to have their time messed with ... for ANY reason.

No, IMO, NOT a good idea - we can do better without irritating our audience. :(

5. I don't know - just seemed to me to be a way to help some folks
suffer a bit for this stupid war they ignore. Maybe if their lives were disrupted it would get their attention?

7. I live in Illinois
and we have the worst roads in the country so you sometimes have to drive the speed limit. Maybe if I take off my clothes and drive naked it would draw some attention and then when I get arrested I can announce what I am protesting.
