How much does it cost us to keep sending her on these little junkets? Perhaps she just needs to open an ofice there and STAY THERE until she gets it right? That appears like a good motivator to me ... you can't come back until you get this war under control and get things back on track for the promises we made to rebuild when we blew it all up in the first place.
