I am so serious... he looks like he is addled-brained in the first one and then compare the pic from 1997 where he looks fairly lucid and normal to the pic from 2002 and then 2005... maaan... it really gives me chills.

Maybe someone will remember and post the link.

In any case, in the past he actually sounded lucid and was known to be able to give a speech without notes. He pronounced his words crisply, even when affecting a Texas accent. Nowadays, he sounds like a drugged-out half-wit, slurring and mispronouncing words, searching for thoughts that have gone astray.

It's very scary to listen to.
