Arent police stations in Baghdad getting blown up regularly? So that's where the bulk of the fresh 20,000 are going to be stationed? Simply making them clearer easier targets. Mercy. I cant believe one single rational person truly believes this "new plan" will be anything but an expansion of the catatrophe.
