Shift focus. The attack on Iran has begun.

As we are all focused on the bastard's "speech" and just what the Democrats are going to do, oh my, Bush has wasted no time in the initial assaults on Iranian interests. After all, isn't this what his plan has been? He's going to do it isn't he? He's going to get us into WWIII.

1. please tell me we aren't in some way responsible for the 3 explosions in S. Iran today
"TEHRAN, Jan 11 (Reuters) - Three strong explosions jolted southern Iran on Thursday, the semi-official Fars news agency reported, but gave no information about possible casualties.

"Three explosions were so strong that they shook windows of houses," the agency said, adding that the explosions happened in Khorramshahr in the border province of Khuzestan.

Khuzestan, the heartland of Iran's oil industry, has been simmering with unrest among the province's mostly Arab population for more than a year.

Slightly more than half of Iran's are 69 million people are Persians and the rest are ethnic Azeris, Kurds, Arabs, Turkmen, Baluchis and Lors.

About 3 percent are Arabs and authorities are sensitive about protests and discontent in the southwestern Arab territories. "

7. This info might be why Brian Williams
looked like he was losing his mind after the Bush speech last night. He made mention how after chatting up Bush they couldn't comment directly on what was told to them. Well of course, Bush told them for the sake of national security they couldn't release that they were going to start screwing with Iran. Disgusting.
