I did not watch * last night, as I figured he was only going to lie. Several DUers have commented on his disturbing, nervous countenance during the speech.

I did watch * the night that he invaded Iraq. I had on the BBC, and you may recall that the BBC started sending out video in advance of the announced start time of the speech. That video may be the most alarming video of * I have ever seen. He was mumbling to himself and staring nervously off into space. The feed was shut down after less than a minute. No other network showed it, as far as I know. I wish I had recorded it, but I'm sure someone did.
