I think the American people have finally tuned Bush out

They don't care or listen to him anymore. Nobody is talking about the speech or Bush at work. Somewhat surprising. Usually hear something. The few comments I heard on the bus this morning is that it's "More of the same". If Bush thinks that this speech and this decision will turn his presidency around--he's in for a shock. People just don't like the guy--and frankly I think they would be happy if he just went away.
