They kept calling for a point of order, and a parlimentary inquiry that weren't either, and they were screaming at each other. Frank refused to recognize them because he kept saying that their statement wasn't a point of order and if he wanted time he would have to get it from the repub timekeeper. It was hysterical.

6. watching as Frank is hilariously stopping the repugs from misusing points of order

for questions and statements. Franks saying 'I've never seen a points of order that ended in a question mark, you are to suspend'. Suspend. slams the gavel hard. This was repeated for a couple of minutes and started with a repug cutting in and trying to speak on a dems time. The dem told him to get his own time, and then she yeilded some time to a dem from Missouri. the repug was trying to make a statement out of order earlier.
