cnn asks about bush: 'Lonely at the top'?
Is this another attempt at making him Lincolnian? Poor poor georgey, he's so lonely at the top of the monkey house and no one wiw pway wiff him.

Lonely at the top? Then a former reagan aid said, 'He's on a lonely road'.

What a fucking way to frame what's actually going on, the man's descending into madness and imperils the world, I guess Napoleon was a bit lonely sometimes too, and Hitler too maybe.

2. He's on a lonely road ... right off the cliff
I only wish he'd go there BY HIMSELF and not drag our nation along with him...

3. Hell yeah. Especially when it's at the top of a pile of dead Americans
He built the funeral pyre, lit it and keeps feeding freshly dead Americans into it.

5. misplaced compassion for sure
This can't end well for him either way. In the end, there is nothing for him to win, there is only the end of his road.
