While they have not said who shot/flung/whatevered the bomb there, was the toilet chosen on purpose to make a statement, or was it coincidence that the rocket landed there?

I think coincidence, but still, it was an odd thought, and yes, it is being called terrorism.

They are now claiming that this was some kind of projectile fired from street level.
