DU web page/paid advertisements

I'm wondering why the paid advertisements on the left side of the page now cover 5 to 6 letters of the posts. I find it very distracting not being able to read the material. Has someone reformatted the pages? I have a Mac and am using Safari if that makes any difference. Is anyone else having this problem?

We have another Mac with Safari, and when I use that machine everything is as it should be. But with my machine the Ads on the left have expanded into the list of threads covering them. Does anyone know how to fix this?
