"Impeached Man Walking"

When a man marches down that last long corridor to his execution, he's called a dead man walking. He's alive still, but really, he's a dead man, taking his final steps, an animated corpse.

Whether or not they impeach this man, he's already impeached, in our minds and probably in his own now too. I remember all along people have been screaming for him to be impeached, myself included, and for 99% of the last 6 years that idea has been shot down in a million ways.

Now he's an impeached man walking. He's even a convicted war criminal walking. The election didn't just happen and then fade away like yesterday's gossip, we the people said our piece, and he pretends he heard it and has to ignore it anyway, to him we are invisible, we are the cattle he and his family have always sucked the blood out of, we aren't even alive to him.

All week the fascist media has run little bumper sticker slogans like 'Lonely at the top', and saying that the poor little president is walking down a lonely road, and that he's 'all alone' and stalwart and resolved. But he's figuratively a dead man walking into the most loathed pages of history.

1. What media are you watching?

I'm not even seeing sympathy for him anymore in some media that used to carry his water. Maybe you need to stop watching Fox. But seriously, I think even many of the diehards are falling away. That's the state things have come to.

It gives me hope.

3. It's all bushmedia to me.

I haven't watched fox in several years, but that doesn't let me off the hook, I do watch cnn and the other one, which are only 'slightly' less disgusting.

It's he Julius Caesar effect, he's being stabbed to death by his own people. Like with Nixon, once your own guys give you up, it's time to walk that long plank into history.

Real impeachment is the ONLY sure way.

8. I think it's several years too late to impeach, so I'm not either.

I've given up on impeachment frankly, years ago, I've stopped screaming for it.

If you started the proceedings today, it'd still take years.

Something a little sterner needs to occur.
