I am confused about this so called surge .

I hear both sides of this . I hear they are building up slow to see how this goes , this to me makes no sense and seems like a cover to keep things going and also slow because there are not enough troops , other wise it would escalate fast and this slow plan would evaporate .

Also bush is already sending troops right now as I type this and already has sent many, these numbers vary so we really have no idea just how many were already sent or how many are now set to go . This seems like another lie as are the number of killed and wounded american troops and god only know how many Iraqis have been killed .

So right now every repub is on the tv shows including cheney as damage control , this tells me they are going for Iran , also there is Somolia to consider and the consulate attack last week wed .

All I hear so far is the banter of is or will this escalation work and re-deployment if it doesn't . There seems to be now a fine wire to walk with all the cards in the bush cheney hands and god knows who else is working in the shaddows .

1. Bush must go to Congress for all future budgets.

Congress must be informed abou each of the specific plans and they must vote appropriations up or down on specific outcomes and consequences.
