Has anyone been asked to be on an Impeachment Committee

We were protesting the war yesterday and were approached by several people who wanted to form an impeachment committee for our Congressional District. Now I think it's a long shot, given that our Representative is a butt-headded Republican, but I was interested in finding out more about it.

Has anyone here been involved with an impeachment process?

Haven't been approached. Can we really restore the constitution? If it's possible, I would join any effort (besides writing politicians who aren't interest in carrying out their oath of office for political reasons).

4. The guy who approached us mentioned Democrats.org

but I haven't found any info yet meaningful. Also there is a guy on here whose name he mentioned (wish my 50 year old mind was better and not clogged with Cold Fusion code).

Please keep replying and kicking till we get someone who might know something.

At any rate, we're having a meeting in Dumfries, VA tomorrow.

They are wanting people from every congressional district across the country.

I checked my email but I must have deleted that one. I am thinking it was from after downing street.
