3. he won't. Reagan retained a popularity during office.
he was not like bush.
bush has caused so much pain and suffering in the world and he keeps sliding down.
As time goes on and more is uncovered he will make Nixon look popular.

5. "Lionized"? ROFL!
I've always wondered why the term "lionized" means something positive. I, personally, would prefer not to be lionized.

6. Would not be suprised......
W is so vain and determined to save his image, I could see a Karl Rove lead media blitz for years to come. To be sure the basic 33% who will believe anything will be clamoring to have him immortalized.

7. I don't care, just want him out of power.

Lionized by far right wingers, perhaps, but it's hard to believe his advice will be sought by world leaders.

9. The christan right will be the target of this;
They will be the most gullible and eager to have him "Being sent by God" to lead our nation out of sin.

8. At least Reagan had (some) decent offspring.
Plus Reagan had the redeeming quality of being able to conduct himself like an adult during ceremonial events. And... that's all I can think of.

10. The neocon think tanks have already been working on THIS for years...........
and when THEY get through fabricating a phony bush persona, he will eventually be nominated for sainthood.

all the "reality making" in the world
can't make Chimpy anything more
than the idiotic failure that he's
proved to be. One lucky megaphone
don't make a glowing legacy.

13. Remember the last scene in the movie "Gladiator"? Where they
leave the sleazy ruler's body dead in the sand, and carry the gladiator out for an honorable burial? Well, that's how Bush will be thought of in the years to come--as the guy in the sand. I'm sure he will have a fine funeral at his future death because he was a president, but no one will watch.

I wouldn't put anything past this bunch of thugs including imposition of martial law and suspension of the Constitution. Hell, they're halfway there on the Constitution.

19. Hubby and I fear
exactly that as well.....that he won't leave....and to be honest, I don't think he will. At least not willingly....let's face it, he likes to play with toys, big expensive ones and he likes all the attention he gets as Prez...if we all think that this nut case is going quietly into the night....well, guess again. And this is one time, I hope I am wrong, but I just don't see it.

21. Be cautious of the Bush Library
The half a billions dollars isn't for nice toilets, it's to hire a think tank to write books favorable to Bush
