3. That is WILD
My immediate thoughts were that dead actors can be "reincarnated" and living ones become irrelevant...but then naturally my mind wandered to the applications a real madman might put this to. Thank goodness we don't know anybody like that, huh?

4. Absolutely fascinating.
With potential for good use, and regrettably, some unspeakably horrific uses. :scared:

This is really bizarre - think of the applications - well maybe I shouldn't.

7. While this is amazing tech, there are some flaws
If you notice Hanks only looks like Hanks when he is facing right, when he is facing front or left, it doesn't look like him. The reason for that is that no face is truly symmetrical, each side of the face is different from the other. You would have to put information into the program for right, left and front views for the program to be able to perform with some accuracy. Even with all the view, each person smiles, frowns or registers emotion differently that other people. So with that information, you would have to have all three views with each emotion displayed and put into a computer to come up with a facsimile that would fool many people. Still, with all that info you couldn't convince someone who really studies faces that the facsimile is real.

Neat software though. Could make interesting android characters.
