I posted a sad story over the weekend about an Iraqi family who was living a pretty comfortable middle-class life before the U.S. invasion, barely escaped Iraq with their lives, came to Virginia, and ended up homeless. The father was in computers, but because of his lack of English ended up cleaning toilets at Dulles Airport for $1200 a month. Their rent alone was $1000. Sad sad sad.
