2. On "election" eve November 2000 former GE CEO Jack F. Welch Jr.

told NBC New York to call the Florida election for his good friend George W. Bush, and NBC did that right after Fox, later Welch's directive was retracted by NBC which said Florida was "too close to call".

When George W. Bush was installed in the WH he said he would run the government like a business with a management style similar to his friend and supporter GE's Jack Welch.
