The debate over an attack on Iran most likely falls in the same category. It is clear that Cheney travelled to Saudi Arabia to inform them how their oil fields and supply routes would be protected from Iranian retaliation in the event of an attack on Iran.
Anyone who thinks they can reason with Bush and change his mind is way behind the curve. The 'decider' has decided, there will be no opportunity to reason with him, and there is a fast closing window on the opportunity to stop his attack on Iran.
Members of Congress need to give up their role of observers at Bush's Magic Show, and shut the operation down. Now. Today. And there is not a minute to lose....
