4. Here's a link to C-SPAN.org 3 where you can watch, if you would like to.
http://www.cspan.org/watch/cspan3_rm.asp?Cat=TV&Code=CS3

If you don't have Real Player, on the right side of the screen you can choose which player you have.

6. I'll try, Hope I get this right.
Albright, request cap on number of troops. Not to cut funding. (grrrrrrrrrr)

Dem. Tom Lantos..said doesn't think anyone's looking to cut funding. another grrrrrrrrrr

Albright suggest religious leaders get involved with diplomacy although she does believe separation of church and state.

Lantos.. Re: opening up dialogue... favors talks w/ Iran... says admin. dead wrong not to... adds that Iranians is denying visas to congress members for this to happen.

Albright responds.. we must make clear talking isn't appeasement... talking is essential.. declaring "axis of evil" label was counterproductive. Iran difficult to get talks with, we isolate ourselves by sitting back and not persisting. There are those in Iran, expressing desire to talk though, and they are responsibe for putting off ppl with statements re: denying holocaust, etc...

Admin. is making statements to make it harder to get talks to begin.. we need to stop putting pre conditions for talks.

Lantos... Iran denying visa to congress is now making it almost impossible. Though agrees we need to be persistent... and change their minds re; denying visa.

Rep. from Fla. Ros-Lehtinen... worries about congress with holding funds... whats at stake if we pull out of Iraq...

why have you supported increase in troops and now don't?

sorry missed third question...
seems about ways to get secterian violence down. also about benchmarks

Lanton interrupts... lol five minutes to ask and answer .. not five to ask and five to answer LMAO...

lmao... Ackerman makes comment to Lehtinen "welcome to minority" when she responded to Lantons interruption and point about 5 mins. She asked for his time taken to open statements... and then stated he shouldn't have interrupted her... thats when Ackerman interjected the "welcome" statement.

Albright begins responding... no plan and lack of understanding re: sectarian issues, causing rise in violence. We are in chick and egg problem. No security and only issue to work on, theres no military solution, need political one. To Maliki, must be political and not cheerlead him when he makes statements.

We need to leave in a responsible way. Increasing troops doesn't add to solution.

Okay... sorry if my transcription sucks.. first time trying.
