McCain to Make Amends With Dobson

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - Sen. John McCain said Tuesday he hopes to patch things up with conservative Christian leader James Dobson, who recently said he wouldn't support the Republican's presidential bid under any circumstances.

In a radio interview with KCBI, a Dallas Christian station, Dobson argued that McCain didn't support traditional marriage values and complained that the campaign finance legislation he co-authored hurt Christian broadcasters.

Oh please mr. Dobson, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! I need your large group of mindless easily led sheep to have any chance of beating Obama next year.

6. Am I the only one who always thought McCain tries to be all things to all people?

From the days when he was running against Bush and conducting his "straight talk express" ,(I believe that's the correct name) bus tours with the media, I have never trusted him. His face reveals his inner battle, agreeing with anyone he feels can advance his career, whether he really agrees or not. His eyes constantly dart around and he seems to chuckle nervously and inappropriately, IMO.
