1. So basically

the more he puts his smirking little chimp face on tv, the worse his ratings. Makes sense to me.

3. His "exclusive" interviews are a sham and people know it

He said what he had to say when he overtook the networks last week. He spoke 'directly to the people' that night. It was pretty hard to miss it given all of the hype leading up to it then interrupting prime time to tell everyone that he's still driving toward the cliff, just doing it faster.

Galloping in front of the cameras and overtaking individual 'news' outlets like he is won't gain him more favor. People have already tuned him out.
