1. I already turned him off.
I missed it. I'm tired of his going on and on about war with Iran. It's just effin' depressing. :-(

James Blake at the OZ open is way more interesting.

3. And Pat Buchanan gets way more face time than he deserves
He gets time on Tucker, Hardball and Scar. The only break is KO's broadcast.

8. And, you know, he doesn't really deserve
the exposure he gets. He's not really that astute or knowledgeable. You could probably throw a cat (which you shouldn't) and hit somebody in DC who knows more than Pat. But, he's recognizable, an institution. So, there he is again.

18. LOL. Forgot that about Frist
one of the people I'd most like to hit with a cat. And I have just the cat....a really plump, solid cat with sharp claws and a strong dislike of cat-killing "doctors" (who diagnose from videotape).

5. I'm waiting for his Jon Stewart "bad medicine" story
according to the Baltimore Sun Stewart's show could be "bad medicine" by asking Americans to laugh at war. I'm suffering through the insufferable Scarborough to get to that story. For some reason, my very liberal husband now has the daily habit of following our beloved Keith with Scarborough. And I'm too lazy to leave the room.

6. me too
:hi:

I mean, it's a sad state when a comedy show is chastised for levity.

10. This is how Scarborough is increasing his viewership
...tempting you with criticism of Jon Stuart (just wait for the 2nd half of the show) and gloming on to Keith's popularity by saying the right anti-war things while he has Buchanan on who was against this war until he noticed it was destroying the Republican Party.

this is a very good segment.

16. You're right about Buchanan
he's moved quite a bit lately away from his criticism of this administration's handling of the war. Don't know if he's playing devil's advocate or if, as you note, he's afraid for the right.

12. I think he is
speaking of the movie, not the Clinton administration. He is a conservative republican, and certainly not a friend of progressive democrats. And he says many, many things that are extremely offensive. I do not think his coverage of the republicans turning on Bush on Iraq is bad, though.

13. That's what you get.
Face it, the only reason you watch Scarborough is because you watch Olbermann, and you're too lazy to change channels.
