The District is auctioning off cars today that were seized because of unpaid parking tickets. They have no keys, so you'd need to have one made, and must be towed off their lot. Small expense when you can get a car for almost nothing - just an FYI for our DC folks who may not have a lotta jack. You can register for free at the auction site.
