U.S. criticizes China over missile test

WASHINGTON - The United States criticized China on Thursday for conducting an anti-satellite weapons test in which an old Chinese weather satellite was destroyed by a ballistic missile.

"The United States believes China's development and testing of such weapons is inconsistent with the spirit of cooperation that both countries aspire to in the civil space area," National Security Council spokesman Gordon Johndroe said. "We and other countries have expressed our concern to the Chinese."

2. And thanks to our nit wit pResident George Bush, China practically
owns the United States. That Pimp Bush has whored our country to anyone with money to lend to fuel the "War On Terra" :eyes: in Iraq. We've borrowed from our future enemies, and Bush has sold our soul to the Devil.

Now it looks like Karma is coming back at him, and it's about time.

Let the investigations and impeachment process begin!

3. U.S. did the same thing in 1985
We destroyed the SolWind satellite as a test of a F-15 launched ASAT. The DoD claimed that the SolWind research satellite was "Dead", which came as a surprise to astronomers who were still receiving data from it - until they blew it up. The experiment created 250 pieces of trackable space junk - some of it remained in orbit until 2002. In 1999, on piece came within a mile of the International Space Station.
