I'm currently without cable TV or a computer at home so the only way that I can watch or hear CSPAN or any congressional hearings is while I'm at work.


I don't expect to hear anything from my two sorry senators from Georgia regarding Torture Boy and the warrantless searches and wiretappings. They are Saxby Chambliss (he smeared Max Cleland by comparing him to Osama and Sadam) and Johnny Isakson. My congressman is a dying (lung transplant and now cancer) Republican, ex-dentist from Augusta named Charlie Norwood. He's barely hanging on (been like that for years now)and hardly ever is able to even be present in the house. He'll never resign though. He's going to hang in there no matter what. They redistricted my Democratic congresscritter out of my district so he had to move to Savannah from Athens to run for office (he won.) and I got shoved into Norwood's district. Oy. :(
