They're showing Nancy's PC during the vote. It's over. This too passes but so far no Rethugs are supporting. The party of the real welfare queens votes for the oilmen :rofl: :rofl:

It was enacted as part of the 2004 American Jobs Creation Act. Until recently, the only official guidance was that provided in Notice 2005-14, 100+ pages of technical information.
It is called the " Domestic Production Deduction"
