I don't think that part makes him a tool on this subject. Now he still a Republican, so he may be a tool for other reasons, but I've only seen him really talk about this and voting machines (and he seemed to understand that they weren't reliable there too.)

Sphincter supreme, and my representative. Once upon a time, he converted a barn to apartments without proper permits, check out his website bio, he's done it all.

To give him his props, he does do the right thing once in a while, as long as it doesn't cost him anything.

But there is so much more wrong about him that I can't stand to listen to him. He did nothing to investigate or stimulate an investigation into Abu Ghraib even though the NG unit England was in is from his district. He let them hang out to dry.
