Gonzo just said He's the primary legal adviser to the executive branch!
What am I missing here? I thought the AG was the highest legal authority for the PEOPLE and the Executive Branch has their own councils!

3. I didn't think there could be an AG worse than Ashcroft.
I was wrong. I wonder whether Gonzo passed his high school Constitution test. It is a requirement for graduation, isn't it?

It's thoroughly embarrassing and infuriating that the person who occupies, arguably, the highest legal position in this country exhibits a less than basic understanding of Constitutional law.

Some Congressional representative needs to be drafting articles of impeachment against this crook.

4. Is there really a class in constitutional law in HS?
Ireally hope there is, but I can't say that I've heard about any in recent years. I remember ;earning a lot aobut it when I was in school, but I'm OLD! You sure can't compare what I was taught to the ciriculum today!

5. Not a constitutional law class, but a test.
I thought all students graduating from high school needed to pass a Constitution test. At least, it's the case in my state of Illinois. This would likely be part of an American Government class.
