I am doing a paper on the Iraq War Res.
I have to discuss policy, the issues involved, the people invovled and their positions, and the consequences. I'm currently reading the resolution itself at thomas.loc.gov. In the meantime, what do you think I should include? I appreciate any help I get.

2. "Cui bono?"
as the Romans used to say. Thank you very much, I had forgotten about that. You just earned me a higher grade. I appreciate it.
