It's WAY too early to get behind one person in 08
C'mon people, time, not to mention the electorate, is on our side.
All of our candidates are well-qualified to be President, any one
of them would win big time if the current political climate continues.

All we have to do is be Democrats-debate, fight it out among ourselves,
and in the end nominate a kick ass ticket-as Democrats must. Otherwise,
we'd be no better than the Rethugs.

Looking back in history, we have a once in a generation opportunity to
show the 33% undecided that the Democratic Party is the best choice. Let's
not blow it.

:patriot:

1. We, the people, will not blow it
the tide has turned, people are waking up from their various stupors, and are thinking again.

I, too, think it is way too early to be making choices, but it is not too early to be hearing voices.

3. "Election fever" is drawing attention away from the war criminal Bush.
We just had the mid-terms for fuck's sake.

6. The crimes are slowly being highlighted due to
the mid terms. Now, we have to look towards the future.

4. Boy Howdy.
Keep your powder dry and see who ends up really in the race and speaks, in a believable way, to the issues WE care about.

Of course, you know that no politician will ever bullshit you.

Never. Really. No, really.

10. Thanks for saying this.
I was starting to think there was something wrong with me for not being rabidly for or against anyone already. Commitment anxiety? Nah, I want to see how the debates and campaigns shake out.

11. Well, I'm in a different boat.
I have a candidate I want to convince to run. So I want to build some support for him NOW, so I can dump four or five thousand letters on his desk in a couple of months that say, "Please, run Al run!"

But, yeah, if I didn't want him to run so bad I'd be chillin myself.

Seriously, though, for those of us that are political junkies, what do you expect? Nobody else is paying attention now anyway except us. I'm telling you, the average voter heard that Hillary annouced, rolled over, and went back to sleep.
