Qantas Boots Man for Wearing Bush Shirt
January 22,2007 | MELBOURNE, Australia -- An Australian man said he is considering suing national carrier Qantas for refusing to let him onto an international flight because he would not take off a T-shirt calling U.S. President George W. Bush a terrorist.

2. You can't joke about terrorists in an airport
Especially when the things you are saying are true.

4. He won't get a dime...
The airlines clearly state in their contract that they can deny you boarding for any reason. Its also an industry policy to not allow on clothing that other passsengers would find upsetting. Check out some of the frequent flyer sites to see what kind of things have been banned.
