7. I read it in an article that compared Watergate & Nixon to Bush & Iraq...
.... not sure what the source was. The writer said that historically there have been only a couple of Presidents that have survived such low numbers, and anything 28% or under was impeachment territory. I do know that Nixon hit 28% the night he read his statement indicating he would resign from office.
