..it most certainly would be. But hell, he's been effectively using his "signing statements" as a line item veto for the past several years now. I guess he just wants to make it official.

I'm supposed to be painting the hall walls but am sitting on the couch with the roller in my hand totally enthralled. I fear we will not have him for very much longer though. He looked so frail when approaching the podium - though he's still got more brain cells firing than I. He's such a showman and a great 'wordsmith' - truly magnificent!!!
