Man, you'd think 1.9 billion would buy you something than an outright lie that is countered by Cheney's own words!

Yes, that's right, Cheney is a TEETOTALER is the new meme being handed out by the BushCo PR machine...

And that's AFTER Dead-Eye said he had a beer at lunch and after Armstrong said he had cocktails AFTER THE SHOOTING.
