I've become very concerned about whether a fair election is even possible. I haven't given up but I do feel frustrated at times. What bothers me is that some of the people who would be able to fight against this and have more of an impact are deafeningly silent on this issue. Do you think it's because they don't know and have buried their head in the sand or because they've just given up? It's very frustrating.

What is it about the elections being stolen that folks don't understand?

First Gore was stripped of his presidency, then Kerry was slaughtered by the e-voting machines and people just give you a blank stare when you try to talk about the stolections.

It's almost as if they don't care. They don't care that our representatives may not be the ones who were elected. I tell ya, if people don't start caring and doing something soon, I'm gonna give up and head for the hills.

There are a few of us working this issue... have yall ever seen the DU forum on election reform?

3. no they are not. that is just not factually correct

that and the pre election abuses and breaking the law to keep people from registaring and from voting are outrageous and people ignore it. i have watched the machines play games with democratic votes all the while repugs and those burying their head in the sand say, both sides do it, or it is as bad as it always has been. that isnt good enough

it is epidemic and if people dont get outraged then it will progress further and further to where regardless of how big a lead, the repug will win. this is serious stuff, but as long as posters like you make these comments then the op has there answer, why>..... nothing is being done about it.
