TVLand showing Don Knotts marathon now....
(in light of his recent death, I hope the mods will consider leaving this in this area, as opposed to moving it--as there were a few threads here about Don Knotts :))

They are showing several Andy Griffith show episodes featuing Don Knotts. It isn't on the cable guide or tv viewing guide--they just advertised this last night. So don't be fooled by the guide if you attempt to look it up. It's on.

Happy Viewing!

Rest in peace, Don Knotts. The Andy Griffith Show was never the same after your departure.

2. No glitch--
I wanted to post this last night, but my company guide also didn't reflect it. Shame as I'm sure many people would have liked to tune in.

:hi:

3. Thanks, bliss. Even tho I have seen every one of them dozens..
of times, I never miss one.

When my sons were young, we would wake up at 4:30 every morning so we could watch Andy 4 times a day.

I didn't do anything for years.

But I will not watch any of the "color" (Warren) episodes.

9. I am 23 and one of my favorite movies since i was a kid
was The Ghost and Mr. Chicken. They have it on DVD with 2 other movies on amazon for 13 bucks. Bought it on sunday just cause that movie reminds me so much of my childhood. That movie scared the crap out of me, probably still does haha.

10. It's great to see--
one in your age range enjoy what I consider "a classic." I'm a bit tired of AMC and their "new classics." If I hear another twenty-something refer to something made in the 80's as a classic....(sigh)

11. Apparently TV Land will be doing Don Knotts tributes all
weekend. So tune in for some of your favorite moments and episodes.

I'm guessing they will show Three's Company and Andy Griffith. :hi:
