that headlines positive stories regarding work done by Democratic and Progressive leaders.

Does one exist?

If not, I'm considering starting one of my own. It would be a lot like http://www.thinkprogress.org/.

EDIT--

I don't want a site that points out Republican flaws, but one that only lists positive Democratic stories.

7. Different
Truthout is a news source. The OP wanted a site highlighting actual work and activism by Democrats and progressives. PDA is the ticket there.

6. commondreams.org
You will still see the flaws of republicans, but they offer a variety of progressive views. Plus, they provide a plethora of handy links to informative web sites.
