10. I'm having trouble loading, and I have black squares on the pages

when they do load so I can't read some of what's on the screen.. The little black squares are like 2in.X 2in... I've had computer problems in the past, but I've never had the little black squares before.. I don't know what's causing it.. It's a new monitor.
