2. I think it's really damning and pathetic that we have an administration

that opposes the creation of a world court, most likely because they know they're prime candidates to be tried there.

3. Another proof they had intentions to attack Iraq illegally.

They whined about all the soldiers overseas that could be trapped with the World Court. They pleaded with the World to unsign the contracts. So they finally got some to agree to it - after being threatened with taking their foreign aid away - and at the last minute * said might as well add civilians to the list too. Sure war was the last resort.
