3. Did Bush actually go to the Zoo to deliver a speech? The ZOO?

I'm listening to Amy Goodman's Democracy Now and she's interviewing Indian activist Arundhati Roy. The sound is not real clear but I thought I heard her say that the Indian government was embarrassed because there was no place Bush could give a speech. They wouldn't let him go to the Indian parliament because he would be heckled by the members. Another location was canceled because it was located in a Muslim neighborhood. I thought I heard her say that they finally let Bush go to a famous old building that housed the zoo.

Did anyone else hear this? It's priceless.
