I was in Vietnam a few months back. There are "massage" parlors every half block or so in the tourist areas. I saw several western older men with very young looking women/girls walking hand and hand.

(That said, I had a very hard time gauging the age of the people over there because they tend to be quite short and don't wrinkle like caucasians. I was talking with a waitress one night in a restaurant and I figured she was about 20-22. She said she was 34. She was very happy I was so wrong.)

Anyway, the amount of prostitution shocked me. Every cab driver, etc asked if i wanted a massage, young girl, young boy etc.

He served half of a four month jail sentence for posessing child pornography, and then got parole. He is still on the sex offenders' register in the UK, though I think the news said today he comes off it in 2007.
